Principal Storyteller
María Fernanda brings over 20 years of experience creating successful integrated communications campaigns for multicultural and general market audiences. She has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, and organizations such as Google, Nissan North America, Wells Fargo, MassMutual, First 5 California, ConsejoSano and Tuition Funding Sources among others.
As the founder of Bravo Story, María Fernanda is the big picture visionary, leading her team through award-winning media campaigns and beyond. She brings her passion for storytelling, vast network of media influencers and dedication to produce tremendous value for organizations. Her ability to navigate complex issues makes client’s lives easy, She has been the lead spokesperson on diversity issues, philanthropy and multicultural campaigns, with appearances on CNN, Los Angeles Times, Univision and Telemundo.
Prior to heading the Latino Strategies Group at The Rogers Group, María Fernanda was the Manager of Corporate Relations for Nissan North America where she launched the multicultural marketing initiatives for Nissan and Infiniti products and the national gift-matching program.
María Fernanda began her career at Hispanic Business Magazine, where her responsibilities included research, event management and strategic marketing for various Hispanic Business divisions.
A native of Argentina, Trochimezuk graduated from Universidad del Salvador, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations. Additionally, she was selected on a national level to be part of the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Program.
Trochimezuk's career includes awards from Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and the Hispanic Public Relations Association (HPRA). An active presenter on communications case studies and topics, María Fernanda has presented to such groups as American Marketing Association, PRSA and Cal State Fullerton University. In her free time, she mentors students and professionals in the communications field.
